1. What makes your site different?
What makes our site different is that we are the only site that caters to Sugar Daddies as well as Sugar Mommies and Sugar Couples. We are also a lot more selective.
2. How are you selective? Will I get turned down?
No, of course, we do not turn anyone down. Other sites charge the same for Sugar Daddies / Mommies / Couples as they do for people looking for them. That didn't make sense to us. We charge Sugar Daddies / Sugar Mommies / Sugar Couples a little more for 3 reason:

First, it gives the Sugar Daddies, Sugar Mommies, Sugar Couples more credibility that they do have the means to be a Sugar Daddy, Sugar Mommy, or Sugar Couple. This is good for them as they will not have to compete against people who pretend to be successful.

Second, it keeps away the pretenders. You know who they are. The people that say they own a mansion, and they actually live in a 1 bedroom apartment. This brings a lot higher quality people to the site.

Third, it allows us to charge less for people looking for Sugars since they cannot afford it as much.
3. Do I need to upload a photo?
No you do not, but profiles that have photos have 250% more results than those who do not.
4. Do you share my email address with anyone?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We NEVER share, sell, or SPAM our members in any way. Your email address is only used on the rare occasion we need to communicate with you, but most importantly, so that you are notified when you get an email on our website.
5. When I search members, it only shows members that have been active in the last 3 months. Why am I not seeing all of your members?
We believe this will make your search results more relevant. Too many websites allow you to see all of their members, even if they haven't signed on for over 3 years. That did not make sense to us. If they have not signed on for over 3 months, chances are they will not get the email you sent them.
We figured we would not waste your time in searching and emailing members that you will get no responses from, and therefore, if a member has not logged on for over 3 months, they will not show up in the search results. Your searches should still yield thousands of results as our members keep growing every day.
6. I am a paying member and found true love. How do I cancel my membership?
We make it very easy to do so. Just log in to your profile. On your profile page, click the
Account link on the left side.
At the
bottom of the page you will see a cancel account button.
We cannot cancel
accounts by email request for security reasons (otherwise, anyone would be able
to delete anyone's profile just by emailing us).
By doing it
this way, we make sure the person canceling the account is the owner of the
account.
7. How do I spot a fake Sugar Daddy, Sugar Mommy, or Sugar Couple?
That is a good question. Here are a few hints.
As you know, Sugar Daddies, Sugar Mommies, and Sugar Couples pay more than people looking for them. Very often, some of them will actually change their profile from Sugar Daddy / Mommy / Couple to regular Man, Woman, or Couple in order to pay less.
They are easy to spot because their profile obviously is looking for someone to spoil and their income level is high. This is usually a good bet that they are not as wealthy as they say they are.
Really read profiles carefully, and look for those hints, this should help you out. We are proud to say that our system has limited fakes to a minimum, which is why our site is rated one of the best, but there are always a few that creep in.
8. Is there a way to report abusers?
ABSOLUTELY! We have very little patience for people that abuse our system and our website. If you ever get an message from someone that is being abusive, threatening, or trying to SPAM (we HATE spammers!), click on their profile, and you will see on the left menu a link to report abuse.
Let us know what they are doing, and they will be contacted. We will either warn them or just cancel their account, depending on how severe the abuse was (usually, they get one warning before we cancel their account). This is another reason our system is one of the best. The emails you get are from real people.
9. Why isn't there very many Sugar Mommies, and Sugar Couples when I search for them but a lot of Sugar Daddies, Men, and Women?
When we started this website, we only had SugarDaddy, man and woman fields. We have recently added the Sugar Mommy, and Sugar Couple fields. We believed there was a LOT of Sugar Mommies and Sugar Couples as well, and no one really gave them equal billing, but we had a lot of couples and Sugar Mommies signed up as women or couple.
We believed it was about time that a website give equal billing to Sugar Mommies.
We have since contacted our member and asked them to change that accordingly, so don't worry, sign up and in the meantime, contact our current members and as time passes, you will see that search results grow very fast.
In addition, we have just started a very extensive marketing campaign which will bring a lot of new members to our site, as we are getting a lot of great reviews.
Since we do not believe in putting up fake members, this is actually a perfect opportunity for Sugar Mommies, and Sugar Couples to sign up, as their profile will come up a lot more upon searches. Sign up now before our current members switch their profiles over and reap the benefits :-)
10. What are Sugar Couples?
Sugar Couples are couples that are usually swingers looking to add a third to their relationships to spoil and have a good time with.
In the swingers lifestyle, there are a LOT of couples looking for single females. They are so hard to find, they are called Unicorns. They are hard to find because those women usually want to be spoiled as well, and no other site offers them a way to find couples that will spoil them in every sense of the word. This site will help them do so.
